To put it bluntly: "GlassesUSA has still not sent my refund for an order I never received. $246.00 they have of my hard-earned money from a glasses order placed on 2/24. The tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia. I can't get a response for a refund all they keep telling me is it is in transit from a BOT. I want my money back, GlassesUSA." After getting nowhere with automated responses, I finally managed to get a live agent on the line to demand answers.

Customer: My order number is 105081183. It's been over a month, the package is lost, and your bots keep telling me it's 'in transit'. I want my $246 refunded immediately.
