A Health Hazard and a Customer Service Nightmare 🤢
I'm writing this as a warning to others. My online shopping experience was a nightmare that literally made me sick. After waiting for my order, I was horrified to find they’d sent me the wrong prescription safety glasses, causing dizziness and nausea. It’s been Impossible to get ahold of a live person to actually help get this resolved. Multiple chat sessions, phone calls and emails and still can’t in touch with anyone. I recommend buying from another company even if it’s a few more dollars. This dangerous error and the complete lack of support is what forced me to keep trying to contact customer service, desperate to finally resolve this.
Customer: Finally, a live person! I've been trying to reach you for days. You sent me the wrong prescription safety glasses! They're making me dizzy and sick.
CS Rep: I'm so sorry to hear about your experience and the trouble you've had reaching us. That is absolutely not the standard we aim for. Could you please provide me with your order number so I can look into this immediately?
Customer: It's 88-34190. I've tried chats, emails, calls… nothing. It's been impossible to get ahold of a live person to get this resolved. I need this fixed now.
