A Three-Week Nightmare: Lost Order & Non-Existent Customer Service 😤
I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering ordering from this company. After being a loyal customer, my recent order has turned into a complete nightmare. My glasses are lost, getting a straight answer is impossible, and the entire experience has been beyond frustrating. This led me to contact their customer service one last time, which only confirmed my decision to share my story. In short: three weeks have passed, and I still haven't received my glasses. I've tried communicating with their company through their website chat function and vie telephone. They basically repeat the same thing that the shipping company states: "According to the tracking details, your order delivery was rescheduled to the next delivery day. Your item was returned to the Post Office for address verification." This was my third order from them in five years living at this address. There are no supervisors to speak with and no real follow-up with customers on how to fix any issue. Never again.
Customer: My order from three weeks ago is still missing. The tracking says "address verification," but you've shipped to this address successfully before. CS Rep: I do apologize for the delay. Let me check… I see the same note from the carrier. They have returned it to the post office for verification. Customer: That doesn't help me. I need someone to actually find out what's wrong. Can I speak to a supervisor who can resolve this? CS Rep: I understand your frustration, but there are no supervisors available. The standard procedure is to wait for the carrier to update the tracking information. Customer: So you can’t do anything? You’re just going to read the same useless tracking info back to me and tell me to wait indefinitely? CS Rep: I am very sorry, sir. That is the only information we have been provided by the shipping company at this moment.
