My online shopping experience has been an absolute nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my story as a warning to others. I ordered glasses on March 30th, specifically paying for 3-5 day express shipping because my old glasses were broken and I desperately needed them. Yet, Day 5 rolled around, and my order was still in production. Day 10, still stuck in production! By Day 11, I called to demand a shipping refund because these glasses were still 6 days out on delivery, meaning I was looking at nearly three weeks after paying for "express." It's Day 19 or whatever, and I still have no glasses! This situation is infuriating and completely unacceptable. This terrible service is why I felt it was crucial to leave this review and engage with customer service, hoping to resolve this abysmal delay.
