Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. I understand this isn't instant, but that's the standard processing time once the refund is initiated. Customer: Seven to ten days? After all this hassle? I'm not happy about this. I've had to file complaints just to get this far. Can you confirm the refund has definitely been initiated today? CS Rep: Yes, I can confirm the refund request was initiated today, following the confirmed loss of your package. You should receive a confirmation email shortly. Again, my apologies for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused.
