🚨 A Buyer's Warning: Glitchy Website, Broken Promises, and a Customer Service Nightmare 😠

I'm sharing this as a warning about my completely maddening online shopping experience. I felt compelled to contact customer service after their website glitched and failed to apply a BOGO promotion to my order. My final conclusion is that this company is Dishonest, doesn't honor promos. Makes it impossible to collect offer when the site is full of glitches. No customer Service 24 hours, no agent. Unprofessional. Will NOT return and I do NOT recommend them.

Customer: Hi, my recent order was supposed to have a BOGO offer applied, but due to a glitch on your website, it didn't go through. I was charged the full price for both pairs.

CS Rep: I do apologize for the trouble with the website. I can see the issue here. Unfortunately, the simplest way to resolve this is for you to return the glasses once you receive them.

Customer: Return them? They're the correct style and prescription. Why can't you just credit the difference back to my card? It was your company's mistake.

CS Rep: I understand your frustration, but our policy is that you must return and then reorder to get the promotional price. I cannot issue a direct credit for this promotion.

Customer: So I have to go through the entire process of shipping them back and ordering again because your website failed? That is an unbelievable and unacceptable solution.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
